Summary: Great Location and convenient to Green Line T Stop. Close to restaurants and shopping. Bob was accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Bob was very helpful to accommodate our needs, especially with our 2 year old granddaughter while, renovations were in progress within the residence.

Summary: Bob and Ginny’s place was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax (5 adults in Boston for graduation). The location could not have been better, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the green line transit. The apartment is currently undergoing some construction, so the photos aren’t exactly accurate, but it did not impact our comfort in any way. We would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: we came in for the boston marathon and this place was perfect for our group! located near great shops, restaurants and transportation, the home was cozy and accomodated 6 of us easily. bob & ginny are great hosts and left us a lovely basket of goodies upon arrival. we'd definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Really cool apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a building built in 1875 with all of the modern amenities while retaining the "old world" charm. Bob and Ginny the owners are onsite and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Walking distance to some great restaurants and bars and and easy Uber or Lyft to downtown, Fenway or wherever. We will be back!

Summary: We had a crew from our Denver office staying with Bob and Ginny. The place was well kept and had everything we needed. Bob and Ginny were great hosts and even left a nice welcome basket for us! Apartment is right near the green line which worked out well for the crew. Highly recommend.

Summary: Plenty of room for our family of 6. Beautiful, unique building, close to the green line and grocery store. Hosts provided every thing we could need and were available for questions. We had a great stay at this wonderful location.

Summary: Property is located in a quiet nice area with walking distance restaurants and easy access to train stations. Bob was pleasant and accommodated our needs. There were 5 children and 3 adults - had plenty of space. Definitely recommend staying there.
