Positive: The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the Mekong River. There is no elevator, only stairs. Breakfast has limited options. The staff provide good service. Overall, it was okay

Positive: Overall this hotel is exceptional clean with amazing room size You can see Laos from your balcony with just Klong river in between. I would stay there again.

Negative: No lift! Just for people with bad knees or olderlies... it is quite a challenge to walk up stairs if your room is on the 4th floor and having to carry your own luggage.

Positive: New hotel on the Mekong. Super clean and comfortable. Great price for value. Staff was nice, as soon as we checked in, they warned us that the next day there’ll be a power cut at 8:30am.

Negative: The “mountain” rooms are road side. We can hear cars all night long. A little ways from both town, there’s not much budget local places to eat at around.
