Positive: Nice quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes drive from the metro station where is a park&ride parking for less than 5€ a day . Apartment is big pretty well equipped, though it missed some things.

Negative: The furniture and appliances are a bit outdated. The electric vitro ceramic stove did not work and was replaced with an older electric one. It would help to have some capsules for the dishwasher and some more plastic bags for the trash. The mattresses on the beds are very soft and not so comfy.

Positive: The appartment is sittuated in a small village at the edge of Vienna. The area is uper quiet and green. Going to Vienna center takes about 30 minutes in a taxi. The Uber taxi takes about 6 to 15 min to arrive and pick you up. The cost of Uber is between 30 and 40 EUR. The apparment is fully equipped with nice towels and all the necessary thing you need for a great stay.

Negative: Maybe install a code based lock for the main dor.

Summary: Great, comfortable, all you need for a stay with the great help from the owner that was super.

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the privilege of staying in what we jokingly called “the royal apartment” 👑 – and honestly, Oida 😅, it felt exactly like that! 😍 From the moment we arrived (very late and extremely tired 😴), the host welcomed us quickly, warmly, and with great patience. Truly one of the most hospitable and adaptable hosts I’ve ever met – Passt scho! 😊 He even offered us extra bedings and a smaller bad for the child without hesitation ❤️. The apartment itself is leiwand 😎 – incredibly spacious, with huge and comfortable beds 🛏️, and a fully equipped kitchen: pots, ladles, cups, glasses – literally everything you’d need for a proper home-cooked meal 🍲🍷. As an architect, I was amazed by the interior furnishing,elegant, tasteful, and high-quality 🖼️✨. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a single thing – and that’s saying something! 😁 The details are simply delightful 😍. My 7-year-old niece immediately noticed the paintings on the walls, especially one with a monkey 🐒 next to a giant lamp 💡 – that became her favorite corner 😂. She also loved the other artworks. I personally admired a very unique mirror in my bedroom, framed ingeniously with small wooden pieces: traditional and creative. The bathroom setup is also excellent 🚿🛁: the main bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and sink, while the WC is in a separate smaller space with another sink. This layout is very functional and makes it easy for families or groups 👍. We were only in transit (Romania → UK), and honestly, one bed would have been enough for our exhausted group 😅 (me, my brother, his wife, and my niece). Instead, we had extra mega space and comfort – pure luxury for a short stopover 😍. Next time, I would love to return for a real holiday, to enjoy both the apartment and the surrounding mountains 🏔️. The house is located in a superb mountain area 🌄, surrounded only by beautiful villas 🏡. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery 😌💛.

Positive: Very convenient location half way between Vienna and VIE airport. Excellent for a day trip to Vienna while overnighting for an early flight.

Negative: The village where the house is is pretty much dead, you need a car and have to drive to get anything.

Positive: Very large and nice apartment. 2 bedrooms and living room and kitchen, big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Very polite and kind owner, supported with everything during our stay. Parking space in front of the building. Quite and safety place and area.

Negative: No balcony, washing mashine is not in the apartment ( but the owner suggested a washing service by his Team, so it is optional), no TV in the apartment.
