Positive: We had and absolutely amazing stay at this location. The owners are extremely friendly and walked us around the area and showed us the room and how to use the keys, the breakfast was good! The hosts wife (forgive me I do not remember her name) cooked my son some amazing eggs and bacon! The room was the nicest one I have stayed in within Europe. The shower was delightful. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on for a hotel bed. Parking on the road for fee across the street or within the gate of the property makes arriving and departing easy. It is a 10 minute drive to Maastricht and about a 3-5 minute drive to Valkenburg so walking is not much of an option.

Negative: There is not much we did not like. Some recommendations would be to provide a breakfast menu so guests know what you can cook for them and what all you can provide. Also when we arrived there is a barber shop connected to the building at the front so it was a little confusing on where we knock or go in to check in at. I would recommend placing a sign at the front door that reads "Guest check in here" over the doorbell. Other then that we loved everything else!

Positive: We had a truly wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast! The room was exceptionally spacious and beautifully modern, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of — from soft bathrobes and extra pillows to plenty of fresh towels. It really felt like a home away from home. The garden was another highlight: large, well-kept, and perfect for our daughter to run around and play safely on the grass. It's a peaceful and relaxing space for both kids and adults alike. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet was rich and varied, and the lovely lady managing the place went the extra mile by offering us freshly prepared eggs — a personal and much-appreciated touch. Overall, an amazing place with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Negative: The only small downside is that you need a car to get to the center of Valkenburg, but it’s just an 8-minute drive, so it’s hardly an issue.
