Positive: We stayed in the penthouse for two nights. The unit was vey nice, two floors, and quite spacious overall. The building was very quiet, which we appreciated. The location is outstanding, a three minute walk from the metro, and close to everything in Gamla Stan. It is one stop to Central Station.

Positive: Very clean and bed very comfortable. Liked that there was both a bath and shower. Excellent location. Very quiet.

Negative: Kitchen quite poorly equipped. No USB charging socket.

Negative: Very smelly from kitchen beneath. Odd door system which didn’t feel safe - unclear fire exits. Tiny bathroom - not suited to the number of people the apartment was for.

Summary: Great location but odd smell due to location on staircase of kitchen and lack of suitable fans / air flow.

Positive: I didn’t really realise what I had booked so was pleasantly surprised. My apartment was well furnished with antiques and yet was very comfortable and quite large for just 2 people.

Negative: No lift to apartments 7, 8 and 9 which are on the first floor (a low first floor with Mayne about 12 stairs).

Positive: Very central location. Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.

Negative: The kitchens were not very well equipped. We booked 3 apartments so between the 3 kitchens we managed ok. But the apartment I was in had 1 veg knife, no bread knife, no serving ladle or big spoon, no tea towels, no oven gloves. Laundry powder would have been useful.

Positive: Great location in old town. Only 15 minutes walk to Stockholm Central Station. Breakfast was included, and there was a lot of variety. Staff are close by and on hand 24hrs per day if you need them. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay again

Positive: A very interesting apartment in a wonderful area. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean but the lighting in the living area and some of the bedrooms was very poor. The bathroom was tiny but could easily be enlarged as there is so much space in the apartment. Unfortunately there were a lot of stairs to get to the apartment and inside the apartment which was not advertised. This was very difficult for four women with large suitcases. We had help when checking in but the help we requested on checking out did not eventuate .

Summary: An enjoyable stay in a very eclectic apartment.
