Positive: I like how close to the bike trail it was.
Negative: For the price I paid, it wasn't that great. I had a suit with a hot tub in the room and 3 of the 6 jests didn't work and the room was constantly muggy and smelled like mildew. I give it grace since it is an older building, but I worked in the hotel business for several years and I was disappointed of the room for the price I paid. Otherwise the staff was friendly.

Negative: Noisy, right on 4 lane highway. Not a good value for the price. Would expect a place this old to be $25-$30 per night cheaper. In their defense the entire town is overpriced IMO. Lighting very bad, especially around the mirror. TV channels confusing, remote hard to navigate. Breakfast is poor at best.
Summary: OK for people to stay for construction work.

Negative: The park was not good at all. Our mirror in the room was not clean and bathroom floor not sweeped. Hallways and stairway smelt like Marijuana.

Positive: Our room was awesome, with a huge, comfortable, clean bed; a desk, love seat, a lovely TV-refrigerator-storage unit, big screen TV. There was also a sectional couch which wasn't necessary or useful unless you entertained. The bathroom was small but very clean. All in all we were more than pleased plus it was only 1 block from the venue we went to.
Negative: No closet but we didn't need one for an overnight.
