Positive: The owner was a darling, had made such a cosy home away from homes.

Negative: Bookings.com unfortunately this holiday was awful due to bookings.com they gave my code to another booking who I had to evict from the beds of the property while my children stood in the rain and dark. All issues we had were due solely to bookings.com who don’t answer the phone and don’t care about customers. They add huge cost on top would have been better going through cottages who run the property and charge less.

Negative: No stool or bench to sit on to put your boots on or take off your sandy shoes so had to walk into the sitting room to take boots off.

Positive: The property is in a beautiful spot in Llansteffan village close to the local pubs and shop and a short stroll to the beach. The hamper with some essentials like milk and butter on arrival was a lovely touch. The cottage has everything you'd need for some time away. Very comfortable and cosy.Communication with the owner was really great. We will definitely be back :)

Negative: Felt the checkout time was a little early. Most places are 10am and that extra half an hour makes all the difference in having breakfast and getting a house full of people showered etc.
