Positive: It was comfortable and clean and very close to the beach.

Negative: The facilities were very basic. The coffee maker didn’t work and the hot water didn’t work for 2 days. The unit is very exposed on all sides/windows to neighbors walking by. We had to leave our windows open at all times since there wasn’t AC. The neighbors could watch us sleeping etc. There was also construction going on in the unit above during the day that we were not informed of prior to our stay.

Positive: The balcony was nice, with great views and steps away from the beach. The bed was big and comfy for a 6'5'' guy and I am a 5'10' female.

Negative: They text me to say the place was ready for an early check-in. Upon arrival, they gave me the wrong code for the keypad, I had to call them to get inside about an hour later, very frustrating.

Summary: It was a good stay, I'd stay there again, (shower head needs an upgrade though)

Positive: Location was great. Loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony. Very clean. Great job on decor and making it feel like home.

Negative: Humidity was high so we missed having AC but that’s personal preference. Need better wording on the instructions of where to find the key. The instructions made it seem like the lockbox should be on the door or above the door. If they add the words “across from the door” it will be clear.

Summary: Overall, great experience. Would highly recommend unless it’s an exceptionally hot weekend.
