Summary: The resort was new and continuing to expand. Construction impact was minimal. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. Tap water is filtered and was good to drink and use for coffee.

Summary: The hotel could use some help. I was looking forward to my getaway, but found myself overwhelmed with issues that kept coming up. It did not make the stay relaxing. The bathroom fan was broken and stayed on all night, the drain in the bathtub didn’t work, the thermostat kept making a clicking sound, housekeeping arrived late and I couldn’t get back into my room, I was told there was ice in the fridge and there wasn’t, the room service meal I ordered had a piece of trash in it…I’m not making this up. Also, the only parking option is valet for $60 a night. Didn’t see that coming! Either I have bad luck or this hotel is really struggling to hold it together.
