Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms spotless, and our dog was treated like a real guest — such a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious with lots of local products, also food from the menu during lunch/dinner and the spa and fitness area were great for relaxing (water, cogfee and tea always available).

Negative: The only downside was that the walls aren’t very soundproof.

Summary: Overall we loved our stay and would happily come back.

Positive: The hotel is new and nice.A positive impression was that I needed to use the laundry service, and I was told it would be free of charge by the hotel.

Negative: The food in the restaurant is not tasty, and unfortunately you don’t have much choice in the city where to eat. A negative point is that twice they charged our room by mistake – once for a massage that wasn’t ours, and upon check-out for two beers that we had already paid for to the waiter the previous evening. There are no mosquito screens on the windows, and the place is full of mosquitoes. The central air conditioning makes a constant loud noise.

Positive: Amazing facilities and great value for money. Staff were very helpful and the food was great. Would have liked to seen more Tuscan dishes on the menu but overall an amazing experience, just what we needed after the stresses of Rome

Negative: Only suggestion I have would be to increase the WiFi strength in some areas.

Positive: It is a lovely hotel, contemporary and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the night porter. The bedroom was comfortable and welcoming. The gym, pool and spa area are very well appointed. Having hotel parking is a great bonus.

Negative: The shower has a glass panel so you can see the shower from the bed. The glass is partially misted but it cuts down on privacy. I know it's a design statement, but personally, I'm not keen. There is very little room to store toiletries in the shower room and towel hanging space is very limited. There is not enough height in the wardrobe for dresses to hang properly.
