Positive: Staff were polite, location was convenient.

Negative: Even though I had confirmed my stay and paid in advance, room was not reserved for the stay. I arrived at night and was given a room that looked like was not in use. We were told this is the last room that is why they are first showing us the room. Furnitures were broken, washroom was not clean, there were no toiletries. Although after a while they changed our room that was slightly better than the previous one but it was also not maintained, it had no dustbin, toiletries were spilled all over. For the price paid the room was not at all upto the mark.

Positive: Excellent, very good rooms , good ac, room accessories excellent ,wash room accessories excellent etc

Negative: Room Service was bit poor i ordered daal and rice and it never came
