Positive: The staff at the reception is amazing and very helpful. The position is not bad: there are supermarkets, restaurants and the underground station is nearby

Negative: No choice for breakfast… Smell of smoke in the lobby that never goes away. Smell of sewage in the bathroom + dirty bathroom.

Positive: The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and accommodating, which made for a comfortable stay overall. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it had everything you might need.

Negative: I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast offering, it was quite basic with limited options. For example, there was just cereal, a baguette with jam and butter, some tomatoes and olives, along with coffee or tea. There were no hot items, no juice and not much variety, which might be disappointing for guests expecting a more complete breakfast.
