3 Bedroom House in La Tremblade

The house is in the town of La Tremblade 800 meters from the city center and 2 km from the first beaches. It is a new construction (2017), facing south with a quiet, enclosed and shaded garden, it is an ideal place for holidays.
The rents are established according to the period per week.
Our house has complete and new equipment (fully equipped kitchen, TV, free wifi).
A large bright living room with open kitchen is offered. Three large bedrooms (including 1 with dressing room) are at your disposal as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. The toilets are separate. An additional shower is installed in the cellar, very practical for ballad returns.
After the beach you can enjoy the garden (about 300 m2) with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
The town center is accessible on foot. Cycling paths located 200 m from the house will allow you to cross the pine forest in a few minutes to reach the edge of the superb beaches of the Côte Sauvage.
La Tremblade - Ronce Les Bains offers many fish and seafood restaurants. You can also discover the oyster farming activities of the Marennes Oléron basin (possibility of visiting by boat), take advantage of inter-island cruises from the port of La Grève to admire Fort Boyard, the island of Aix and Oléron.

Summary: From start to finish I couldn't fault Alain and Corinnes hospitality and thoughtfulness. The house was spotless and has everything you need -iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air-conditioning, spices, cleaning stuff and binliners, really there wasn't anything that we wanted for. They gave thoughtful suggestions for the nearest supermarkets, markets and beaches as well as restaurants, and were super hosts. I can't recommend it highly enough and hope to be back next summer.

Summary: We had a very warm greeting from the charming English-speaking property owners Alain and Corinne on our arrival. The property is modern and has everything you need for a pleasant stay and is conveniently situated within walking distance of the La Tremblade’s many shops and bustling morning market. The surrounding area has many attractions and stunning scenery and beaches. The location and the property were ideal for our family holiday of four. We particularly liked the newly built accommodation set in a quiet residential part of the town with its own gated parking, open plan layout and comfortable patio seating.

Summary: The owners of the property made us very welcome on arrival and set us up for an absolutely fantastic holiday. We would highly recommend this property and its surrounding area. The contemporary property was very comfortable. It was fitted out and furnished to a very high spec. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, and the whole living area worked very well. There was good private parking. The property is in a quiet, residential location, equi-distant from the markets in La Trembllade and Ronce les Bains. La Temblade/Ronce is an area well suited to older couples and famlies with younger children. There is plenty to do and close to the property there are some excellent cycle tracks through the forest to beautiful beaches. The atmosphere in Ronce was very comfortable in the day time and in the evenings.
