Summary: Room is good but small,bathroom needs resealing and minor repairs. Reception staff helpful very polite& considerate. Room cleaning staff didnt bother some days!

Summary: Room in good condition but the balcony only had room to stand. When there the weather was cool,, and the air conditioning was on, and when requested to turn it off they ccouldn't do it. There was no shampoo or hand soap in the bathroom so had to call for it, but they did bring up some. The staff who signed us in was terrific, the rest discourteous. The breakfast while an additional $18 which i felt was a bit too much was abundant and delicious.While i was swimming it was raining outside and the roof of the pool was leaking cold rainwater on me. I chose the hotel because of the proximity to my conference. Unsure if i would go back if it was purely for leasure.

Summary: the hotel was amazing I would be back, but the man at the front desk (Ahmed) was terrible, we asked for 2 beds and after 3 times going up to the 10th floor and finding a one bed we got a the room with 2 beds.
