Summary: Came in for a wedding. Room was clean, but hotel property was not well maintained. Why only 2 towels in a room designed for 4 people?

Summary: The hotel was really tired and expensive! Ripped sheet, yucky old blankets, super dark room with very little lights, burned out lights, faucets leaked and would not turn off, no water bottles and broken phone. Breakfast was packaged pastries and coffee

Summary: In an area of very expensive hotels, this was a great option. Reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. There is a continental breakfast which you can have on the terrace and watch the horses exercising. I will definitely stay again.

Summary: We went to go visit our daughter & son-in-law and granddaughter and we were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were very very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was really nice and our granddaughter enjoyed it so much. My daughter and i had a bunch of fun playing slots at the casino and even won a little money. The only negative that we had was the buffet wasn't very good at all. I don't know if we just got there at a bad time or what , but everything else was so nice and i think my husband and i have found the perfect place to stay when we visit our daughter, and with the ridiculous prices at many of the hotels in that area Vernon downs was one of the few with lower room prices. See ya next year Vernon downs!!!

Summary: We were very happy with the accommodations there. The rooms were very quiet & spacious and the the beds were very comfortable. The food options were pretty good. They have a few different dining options that were all very affordable. Nice quiet location just 12 minutes away from Turning Stone and 20 minutes away from Utica. Did wish that they had a Continental breakfast available on the weekends tho. Overall, very happy with this hotel. Will stay there again!
