Positive: Location is excellent - near to the city center.

Negative: Needed to purchase a coffee machine. Dryer with the washing machine would have been nice. Missing any kind of table or night stand near the bed. Sofa was good but would’ve rather had an easy chair or arm chair with ottoman. No toaster. No dish towels.
