Positive: Very clean apartment. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was a little too hot, but the A/C worked efficiently but was a little noisy. Host spoke English to us via telephone as the lady who let us in only spoke Italian but was extremely helpful. It was very close to Palermo Central Station for our train the next day. No breakfast but great value for a short city stay.

Negative: It's hard enough to find as it is just an apartment and not a hotel. There are a lot of stairs up to it, and the sensor lights don't stay on long in the stairwells. 🙄

Summary: Clean and very convenient to the Central Station for bus/ train connections.

Positive: The place is clean , comfortable and quiet located a 2 min walk from centrale station , 5 minutes to Ballaro market and very close to via Roma with LIDL and other shops and also very close to a restaurant/cafe district. Mark was a very helpful and friendly host. I will definitely stay again when in Palermo.

Positive: Very good location, 5 min walk from the railway station. Receving the keys went smoothly, I got every information about how to get in., etc. It is for a budget price, I strongly recommend it

Negative: It is on the second floor, there is no elevator.

Positive: Mark was a lovely host and allowed me to check in early, which I am grateful The room was spacious and unbelievably quiet!! So close to bus and train station.

Negative: The shower wasn't attached to wall so I had to hold the shower head. The batteries died in the air con unit, but I put the TV remote batteries into it. No side lamps
