Positive: Big family suite with two rooms and enough parking space. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Good for a short stay with good restaurants in close proximity.

Negative: The hotel has had it's glory days, so don't expect luxury. The Airco units functioned well, but very old and loud. Breakfast was poor in choices with no fruits nor vegetables.

Summary: Affordable alternative for those visiting Venice by car.

Positive: The staff were so lovely, and couldn't have done more to help us with taxis and even entertained our baby whilst we ate breakfast.

Negative: Room was a little dated in decor, but clean and comfortable. Price was great
