Negative: * The pool area sunbeds require thorough deep cleaning, as they were visibly dirty. * Our room was provided approximately one hour after our arrival, despite the fact that we had already arrived well after the official check-in time. * We requested an iron on several occasions, but unfortunately, we never received one during our stay. * I specifically booked a room with a view. However, upon check-in, we were assigned a room with no proper window. There was only a very small upper window facing the wall of another building. The window could not be opened, meaning there was no view and no access to fresh air. This was particularly disappointing given that a room with a view had been specifically booked.
