Positive: The hotel is newly opened and feels modern, big, and very spacious, with a fresh and comfortable atmosphere throughout. A special thank you to Islem at the reception, who was extremely kind and attentive and took care of all our needs. Her hospitality truly stood out and made our stay more pleasant. Since the hotel is still new, the staff is limited, but everyone was polite and doing their best. Breakfast on the 5th floor was good, and the Black Sea view made it even more enjoyable. It was also nice to see a dedicated prayer area on the 5th floor, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again. With time and a full team in place, this hotel has great potential.
