Summary: Despite being located in a beautiful area, very sadly run down amongst other customer service shortcomings. I'll name them: - the garden literally everywhere over run with 2 to 3 ft tall weeds - no air conditioning in the rooms, here and there a fan available! - no side table on one side of the twin bed, had to use a chair! - total darkness in the entrance to the room which included the cupboard, had to use a cellphone light to see the shelves - arrived at around 2pm and sat outside in the public area for a cup of coffee, surrounded by tables full of dirty breakfast plates, for at least an hour before any attempt was made to clean them, not appetizing. - could not charge anything to the room, even a bottle of water purchased at reception - building structures need paint, tiles missing on roof and walkways, wood rotting in areas. Staff were friendly and helpful, but clearly the place needs a serious overhaul! Hope other folks noticed these issues too, I know that all of our large party there for a wedding, certainly did.

Summary: Main areas of the hotel, the restaurant and breakfast were great. Rooms all around the lawn and pool area gives a really nice feel. Room was spacious and good size. Furniture a bit tired but bed was big and comfy.
