Positive: The location to town was good.

Negative: No cleaning done the entire stay of 3 days , was told that cleaning doesn’t get done until 1 week. I’m sorry but this hotel was not advertised as such. No where on the booking did it mentioned this. Also we were expected to clean dishes on the day of leaving.

Summary: Mixed feelings if I would stay again, there were something’s I enjoyed as the quietness and it did felt safe.

Positive: We originally had Suite 8, but there was a problem with the unit so they move us to #4 and it was perfect. For our next visit we will request #4 the same one it was perfect. The staff was awesome, especially the gentleman name Ralph, he was helpful responsive and he helped to make the stay enjoyable. Thank you this was our first time to the country and the place and staff made is just as welcoming.

Positive: Property was beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Summary: We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Velento! Definitely will stay here again on our next visit.
