Positive: The property is extremely modern and equipped! Air condition in all of the bedrooms, huge couch in the living room, TV in all rooms with access to netflix, two fully equipped bathrooms. The balcony is facing the sea, 7 of us could easily fit at the table plus there are two sunbeds as well. Grocery shop is right below the flat, fresh breads each morning, shop has everything you could ask for. There is also a quite big drug store (BIPA) right next to it. Beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Getting a cab (Uber, Bolt) takes only minutes as there are loads of drivers in the area. It takes approximately 15 minutes by car to get to the city centre.

Negative: The area isn’t finished yet. There is one restaurant in walking distance (overprized, small list of options) and one café. You’ll need either a car or a cab to go out for a dinner especially if you have elderly people with you. The beach has two bars so far but no sunbeds, no cafés or restaurants, no toilet only a temporary one which is extremely smelly. You’ll need to go back to the apartment if you need to go to the toilette. The whole area is quiet and you have no crowd, but you have to get used to the parts which are dirty and unfinished.

Summary: If you’re thinking about visiting Split and staying outside of the city center - this is your apartment!
