Summary: We have stayed at this property plenty of time when it was under Holiday Inn Express. Service is still very good under Vega Suites, however the furnishing is getting a bit tired and perhaps can do with some refurbishing.

Summary: Well maintained, clean, good size room, fast wi-fi, courteous and helpful staff, easy access to several shopping centers which offer good choice of food and shopping, next to bus terminal and TKO MRT station . Only complain is 20 levels are only served by two lifts causing delays.

Summary: You needed to sort out the lifts issues, customers are going to the restaurants have to give the right direction for using the right lifts. The hotel residents are struggling to get in or using the lifts whenever the restaurants are opening. Apart from that, all good !
