Positive: The property itself has a wonderful ambiance that makes for a pleasant stay, and the food area is very well set up. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and well-prepared. The hospitality in the dining section was a bright spot.
Negative: The water quality was completely unacceptable; it was so dirty that we couldn't even bring ourselves to use it for basic needs. Additionally, the checkout process left a very bad taste. I had already paid ₹5,834.18 in advance through Booking.com, but during checkout, the staff insisted there was a pending balance of ₹614 and showed me a bill on their screen. It was highly confusing and frustrating to be hit with unexpected extra charges at the last minute.
