Summary: Really nice stay. Area is beautiful. Right on the water. Excellent communication with the owner. A little dated and sitting room furniture is quite uncomfortable for sitting around and visiting. But overall a nice place to stay.

Summary: We were in Maine for my niece’s wedding and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for relaxing and we had everything we needed. The house is charming and spacious and the neighborhood is also wonderful. It’s quiet and peaceful but plenty of restaurants nearby. The lake was ideal for kayaking which are available for us to use. Highly recommended!

Summary: This is a great location and very cozy home on Cobbosee. We are very familiar with this lake as we have a camp there that has been in our family for over 100 years. We needed extra sleeping space since the whole family was in town for a memorial service. I reserved this for my immediate family and it was just perfect. The house is adorable, roomy, comfortable and was so well equipped. The water frontage is nice and clean; amazing views from the dock and house; great yard and firepit. We really enjoyed our stay.
