Positive: 1. Ample space inside the property for a family of 4 or 5. 2. Water filter and Gas stove was in working condition. 3. Utensils provided for cooking were fairly clean. 4. Silence at night helped to get a good sleep. 5. Bathrooms, water bucket, mug were clean and usable. 6. Bathroom slippers, towel, soaps were provided. 7. Value for money and there is a shop nearby to buy necessities.

Negative: 1. The walls have moisture leaking from them which made the whole flat smell bad. The photos of walls in the listing did not have any such moisture so the ambience of the house is definitely not as good as the photos.

Summary: Big and clean property with helpful caretaker (Mukesh) but walls need a repaint to prevent moisture
