Positive: Staff and the lady owner are very responsive, helped me reach the place in mid night, even served a complimentary tea, location in the middle of trees is amazing, upgraded me to deluxe free of additional cost.

Positive: The Nature Friendly location is very beautiful as the hotel is away from Noise and hustle of the city located at Sarnath which is the outskirts of the city side. The nearby Ghat is Namo Ghat from where you can hire a boat and can experience a beautiful view of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and 80 Ghats that fall by on the way. The hotel offers 2 set of Room Types depending on your budget you can book accordingly. The room where I stayed was a budget Room which had 2 individual cots to sleep, the room is small and apart from cots it had 1 table, 1 Chair, 1 6ft rack to keep your clothes, along with one fan , 1 ac, 1 water geyser, In terms of amenities they provide you towels, soap and 2 1ltr water bottle. They dont have an in room dinning. But if you have a vehicle/ Zoomcar then you can have something to eat nearby. The best part Nalini Madam the property owner is very helpful and down to earth and is always ready to help you in case of any difficulties faced.

Negative: Mosquito bites, No in room dinning and Distance these are major 3 cons that I experienced during my stay . However Mosquito bites can be avoided by not opening your doors and windows during the evening. If you do not have a vehicle then from the city side it becomes a little difficult to find convenience back to the hotel. You need to change the mode of transport 2 -3 times from the temple to reach back to hotel. The name shows as Vatika Homes on the booking.com However the name of the stay is Agarwal Kunj.
