Positive: I would have rated this poorly but the staff were exceptional.. they were polite,kind and the boy who cleaned my room made sure that he kept it spotless and neat.

Negative: There is a huge issue with the cooling and the condensation which the staff acknowledge and tried their best to solve it. the ac vent was leaking causing huge puddles in the entrance of the suite. the door of the toilet wasnt working properly and was rusty etc

Negative: Bathrooms weren’t clean upto normal standards. Shower head were full of water stains. Toilets had stains which shows that its not regularly cleaned with a toilet brush or commercial celaners.
