Positive: We were looking for a good and reasonably priced place to stay. The reviews were all excellent and we booked here. We arrived late in the evening and from our arrival till departure, the lovely couple who run the place took care of us like their family. A true Atithi Devo Bhava Experience! The Home Cooked Breakfast was awesome and delicious (I mean really delicious!). The Room is well ventilated, the bathroom is spacious, the location is excellent as its barely 1-2 kms from the heart of Madikeri. Adequate Street Parking is available. The surroundings are also reasonably quiet and you are always greeted with a smile that comes from their heart! I boldly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice, clean & cozy place to stay. Its not a resort.
Negative: Honestly we didn't find anything to dislike.
Summary: The place is excellent, the hosts are a lovely couple and their home-cooked food is delicious.

Positive: I don't usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I was a bit skeptical when I first came across the property, but I'm so glad I booked it. The room exceeded my expectations—it was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely top-notch. If you're traveling as a group of three, I honestly believe this is one of the best places you can stay in this price range. Highly recommended!

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Filtered water, fridge to keep it cool. Cooking facilities if you need them. Then there is the balcony where you can watch the comings and goings at the temple opposite. Not only do you get all this, in addition there is the wonderful hospitality and helpfulness of Pradeep and Usha. They provided me suggestions on places to visit nearby. Then there are the lovely home cooked breakfasts! Location is good for walking into town or Raja's seat. One of my nicest stays this trip.
Negative: This is just me but I react to air fresheners and chemical scents. There is an electronic air freshener in the lounge which Pradeep switched off. The others I put in a draw until I left.
