Positive: The apartment was "luxe". Everything we needed. Fully appointed kitchen. Washer/dryer. 2 TVs. Even an air mattress. We really appreciated it for our needs.

Negative: There were checkout instructions that were not divested with check-in but instead emailed later. We did not see them before we left and therefore didn't quite do what was asked. Those instructions should be sent with check-in instructions... And should be printed/laminated and left in the apartment.

Positive: I loved that It came with all the little details you'd forget, pods for cleaning clothes, dish soap, all type of utensils, it's clean, looks aesthetic and everything was just ready for me to sit in, I don't travel much but I loved the fact I was able to check in earlier than most hotels, I really needed that shower before the day, Everything was tidy, clean, and comfortable, would 100% stay again next year, Also next to the city, Love it.
