Positive: The hotel was really nice, my daughter and I only stayed for 2 nights and we didn't have much planned in terms of touristy bucket list. It was our first time in South Korea so had no expectations, we just tried to figure our way as we went. This hotel is located far from Seoul, it took us about an hour by bus. It is best to get your money exchanged and a T money card at the airport as public transport doesn't accept cash or foreign contactless cards. However you can use your card in taxi's as long as you inform the driver your destination in Korean (I showed them the nearest place that was in Hangul on my google maps). We didn't have a lot of time to see much of Seoul but it was nice to check out the area near the hotel, a bit more local experience. The receptionist is a very nice lady, our room had enough space for our short stay, we had an outdoor area which we didn't use due to time, the bed was really soft and comfortable, bathroom was really clean. The room had modern touches such as AC and control of lights all built in the TV remote! That's a first for me.

Negative: Due to our short stay I can't say we had any negative experience to write about, except that it isn't close to Seoul but I had booked this hotel knowing it's location, I just didn't realise how far it was when I was actually there. Regardless, I still enjoyed my stay and saw parts unknown and experienced less touristy traps.

Negative: The air conditioning wasn’t working and there wasn’t any bath towels a available for us. Also wish there was a microwave in the room. The bed was pretty hard not comfortable to sleep on. But overall it was pretty nice for what it was

Positive: Management was very nice and provided whatever we asked for, e.g. increase heat due to snow and cold temperatures. Room was designed in 4 separate sections, apartment like. Coffee, condiments, frig (2 in room), electric stainless water pot, extra towels, soap, TP, microwave was in the lobby for anytime use. Great location!!!! 10 star, walking distance to all the wholesaler sections. One could mass shop til you drop. Also, there are 50 restaurants within walking minutes from the hotel.

Negative: Kind of hard bed, we often woke up. It was ok, I worked around it and slept at other than normal times.
