Positive: 1. The apartment was clean and had enough spaces for the four of us. 2. During our stay for the first time, because our flight time was in the evening, the hostess helped us by promising us to store our luggage after the check-out time.

Negative: 1. We stayed at the apartment twice, before we left for Ilulissat and after we came back from Ilulissat. Before we checked in for the first time, we didn't receive any message about the exact building we will stay, and we didn't receive any message about how to open the door of the apartment, either. Since we didn't have a telephone to call the host/hostess, we stood in the rain at the neighbourhood for quite a while, not knowing which building to stay and how to get in, until we met someone who helped us by calling the hostess. 2. When we finally entered the apartment, we found one of the curtains was out of order and not hung to the window. And we also found the toilet was very dark because there was only a vey small light bulb in the toilet. I wrote to the hostess, asking her to improve the two problems before we came back to stay for the second time. But it is a pity that when we came back to the apartment a week later, we found the two problems were not solved at all.
