Positive: Very clean, exceptionally spacious and modern. Comfortable beds, good quality towels and toiletries. Nice view from the dining area. Gift of bottle of wine was very nice. Great laundry room, perfect for us on a long trip.

Negative: Unfortunately there was an issue taking payment, which took a while to resolve as the internet was not consistent (we had to keep resetting it) making communication difficult. We were asked to provide credit card details over the phone rather than through booking.com due to a “ computer glitch” which felt a little off. We could not get the hob to work - some instructions maybe would have helped. Only one chopping board.

Positive: Property had everything that we needed, felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable bed and lovely warm blankets to snuggle up in whilst watching your favourite shows on the smart TV.

Positive: Amazing property - They really went above and beyond for us. I called on the morning of check in to see if I could check in early (as I had my wedding the next day and wanted to settle in). They were amazing, organised an early check-in for us and provided us with an amazing welcome gift and card. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be staying with them again.

Negative: The lack of a good internet wifi connection. Constantly dropping out which we in the end had to use our mobiles hotspots. Bedrooms had no air conditioning, so we had to purchase a fan for one of the kids bedrooms. The main suite was extremely hot at night and even during a Albany day of 25 degrees. We sweated every night
