Summary: Opted to pay at the hotel. Not only did they take a full payment 4 days early they then took it again on the day of arrival. Lots of attmepted explanations but still took it twice when they weren't supposed to. They need a plumber in the bathroom as well. Shower controls were very stiff, shower didnt drain away and a tap didn't twist the right way. Shower

Summary: Wow! What can I say we stayed in the suite and I don’t think we will ever top this. It was uniquely beautiful. Everything down to the beautiful 4 poster bed, the most stunning bathroom with 2 baths side by side, with a tv, to the beautiful court yard we had to sit outside. I cannot fault this room it’s blown our expectations and I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone. We have never stayed in a hotel room so much. The location was also perfect, being a stone throw away from the main high street. We will definitely be back
