Summary: This hotel has been renovated and looks amazing. The new rooms are well designed and roomy, beds are comfortable. Restaurant and bar are excellent! My issue with this hotel is a big issue for travelers. Irons are not available to any rooms. Only option is to go to an ironing room with 2 irons on one side of the hotel, meaning if you are on the opposite side, you need to carry your clothes through the hotel, past the restaurant and bar. I asked why irons are not provided upon request, I was told that is because the hotel is too big. Then why only 2 irons in a small room off the pool and fitness center? Really bad hotel for business travelers. Also, a new fitness center was built but they filled it with really old equipment from their old fitness center. This hotel could do better.

Summary: Everything about the hotel was great. I was there for a conference and everything from my room, food and the overall support the hotel gave to Nethope was amazing. I am looking forward to returning next year!
