Summary: Was given a ground floor room, where two ‘walls’ were all completely glazed, with sliding opening, overlooking a river directly outside, with a beautiful view all round. Good sized bathroom with large bath & separate spacious shower cubicle. The most pleasant hotel room I’ve experienced.

Summary: Good hotel. The room was perfect, very clean, plenty of toiletry and the bed mattress excellent. The hotel was located outside the city center, plenty of parking and the food at the restaurant superb. Will get back any time.

Summary: The hotel is a lovely place to stay. The beds are very comfortable and a good size bathroom. I had a meal with relatives on the evening of my stay and found the service extremely slow although the food was good. I stayed in room 305 and I reported a very serious trip hazard to the reception staff on check out. There is a step from the bedroom into the bathroom which I tripped over on arrival. The carpet in the bedroom is dark and the tiles on the step are dark so you can't see it plus you don't expect the bathroom and bedroom areas to be on 2 different levels. I was lucky as I was wearing shoes and have good balance which saved me from serious injury. This needs to be addressed before there is a very serious accident. I have added a photo so you can see how dangerous this is.
