Positive: The hotel is in a beautifully modern structure. The rooms are large and clean. The spa and gym are good. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The car park is very convenient and costs 10 EUR per night, and you can freely come and go with the car without the need to scan anything because it works with the license plate.

Negative: The rooms feel a bit essential - we lacked some hooks were to hang our stuff, some more table space and drawers - and plainly colored, lacking character. The spa is nice but the sauna only reaches 70 degrees and the bucket of water could be colder - so it feels like the "soft version" of a spa. There is no convenient public transport directly from the hotel to Gent.

Positive: The hotel was very welcoming, the hotel room was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Negative: We paid for parking but when we looked for a place to park the car, the underground was full and outside the hotel as well. We were lucky because we parked very quickly somewhere in a corner to leave our luggage, then continued our visit to the city. When we came back, the same thing happened, we barely found a parking space. The lady at the reception who greeted us had a very arrogant, superior behavior, as if she didn't want to be there. My husband asked 3 times if he could park his car in the underground parking lot, but this lady didn't give him any answer on the subject or a choice.

Positive: The hotel is perfectly located of the ring of Gent. You do not have to enter the city. The hotel is very new and offers 2 restaurants.

Negative: I hd to drive 10 minutes around for a parking spot, that is how busy it was.
