Summary: So, some people say “ you get what you pay for “ and you do. This facility, while being extremely affordable for 2 nights , was much cleaner than some places we’ve paid more for. Now, the downside is that breakfast is *not* included as stated on website just a coffee station in office… would have been nice to have a coffee maker in room, but there are so many nearby options. The owners are **extremely** kind and wanted to please us during our short stay. Don’t pass this place up if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head.

Summary: It was close to the event we were attending, and other amenities, but felt overpriced for the age and condition. We paid about $160/night and I think $100-$120 would be the max I'd pay again.
