Summary: Overall this was a great stay. The house was large, spacious, and had great spaces for smaller families within our family. We were a little disappointed to find the shed locked, but we were able to speak with the manager on the phone to get it open. The listing talked about life jackets, but we couldn't find any. The paddle for the kayak was broken, so that made using the included kayak a challenge. Other than that, however, everything was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Beautiful, Spacious, Bright, Modern, Clean building. Attractive site. Would stay again. Written directions, instructions, are direct, concise, and informative. Did not like the stairs to the lower level (11 steps) without a handrail. The floor of the shower in the lowest bathroom was especially slippery.

Summary: I wish there was halfway point between 4 and 5 stars because I would definitely give this place a 4.5. Pros: The home is big, lots of space. Right next to the river. Beautiful scenery. The location is great because it’s quiet and peaceful. The home is newer so appliances, furniture, and decor is all new and well put together. Plenty of amenities including towels, soap, lotions. They also have other random things that you wouldn’t think to bring like extension chords. Made it really convenient. Lots of beds which makes it great for big families or reunions. Some of us loved the beds and others didn’t. They’re really firm. Just depends on your preference. They do have a nice play room with toys. We had two little boys on our trip and they loved every minute of running around and playing in the yard. Great space for families! So many areas to enjoy the outdoors. Tables, chairs, grills, patio, and dock. And the property manager was responsive and quick to answer questions. Cons: Cleanliness was pretty good, definitely could have been a bit better. Hair in the shower, bugs in all the wind seals. The listing was a bit was a bit deceptive in the sense that they list that the kayak and canoe are available for use but come to find out they are only for the owners. We did reach out and were able to get the shed unlocked but hopefully they will remove this from the listing as to not to confuse people. That was a big reason we chose the place to begin with. There are a few things that they've cut corners on in the house, a bit of a lipstick on a pig situation. There was also an issues with the downstairs toilet causing the upstairs shower to gurgle pretty loudly. Definitely some plumbing issues. There is only one central air for the entire house, which is 3 floors. So the basement is absolutely freezing while you’re barely getting any air to the top floor. We closed all the vents in the basement which seemed to help a little. The neighbor next door was always in our business. He was over at the house twice messing with the trash cans and taking pictures. He also would sit at the edge of the property and watch us. He did this on a daily basis. And we were always a little wary at night seeing as there are no blinds or curtains on any of the windows. Just a weird situation. But overall, the vibe was good, we enjoyed our stay, and we had a fun and relaxing vacation. Like I said, a solid 4.5.

Summary: This house was amazing! Very clean, the furnishing and amenities were upgraded! We had lots of fun skiing/ tubing and playing game night!!! Room for all!!! We will definitely be back!!
