Positive: The room is clean and quite. Though a little bit small, it has everything needed. Had a very good sleep. The self check-in and check-out are very smooth.

Negative: Takes a few more minutes to the city center.

Positive: Very lovely hotel, easy, clean and friendly staff.

Negative: Breakfast was not as special as last time, eg we missed fluffy pancakes, which had been replaced with store-bought ones.

Positive: Clean place, beautiful spa.

Negative: Check in experience, I think in person check in would be preferable, we had a baby with us and some guidance inc. how to get to the lifts would have been nice. Also they charge 4 euros for a toothbrush and were out of adult toothbrushes. The bathrooms are very small. Finally, booking a night doesn’t automatically include a spa stay any longer so be careful when booking! We missed the breakfast because it was from 6.30am to 9.30am, so if you are not an early bird then this is not the hotel for you!
