Positive: We needed peace and to get out in nature—we got it all. The horses roamed freely, the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and we sat outside on the deck until late at night with a burning fire. We heard the frogs and birds, watching the flames of the burning fire. And then there was cleanliness. We appreciated being spoilt, not having to wash clothes, wash the dishes, make the beds, sweep the floors, or clean the braai. Each day, we went on a hike and came back to peace and quiet in a place that felt like home. THANK YOU!

Negative: Just a comment: Although the sitting room furniture is beautiful, it is not comfortable. This did not mean so much that I would downscore on the comfort rating provided.

Negative: We asked long beforehand whether there was back up electricity for load shedding and were told yes. However when it was load shedding there was no electricity and upon contacting them they reluctantly turned it on, saying it was expensive and demanding how long we needed it for. I didn't appreciate this as this is where i was getting ready for my own wedding! Also disliked very rude and presumptuous communication style with regards to this and another incident pertaining to parking and visitors.
