Summary: I stayed here for three nights and found it to be great for the price, as long as you can overlook its small flaws. The good *Parking spots were plentiful and well lit *The room was clean and modern looking, especially for the price. *Conveniently located next to a Dollar Tree store and just across the street from 7-11, Del Taco, Popeyes and several other restaurants. It's also a short drive or about a 10 minute walk from a couple of larger shopping centers *Staff was friendly in the few instances that I had to deal with them. The bad *While the room looked nice, it was hard to miss the flaws, such as damaged vinyl flooring, stains on the wall and worn grout around the shower. *As I had a ground floor room, I could hear the people above me stomping the floor at 12am. Though it only happened once. *The curtains were oddly cut to accommodate the ac unit which meant light from outside kept bleeding through, especially since my room faced the main road. I eventually moved a chair over which helped a little. *I had to ask for a ”Do Not Disturb” sign, as they did not include it in my room.

Summary: The room we stayed in was clean and it had a straight path to the pool. Parking was also good since I was able to park in front of my room. The bathtub you can tell was run down and it took a while to get hot water running, but I like to take hot steaming showers. Also just so anyone is made aware that they ask for a $100 security deposit which to me caught me off guard because I was only expecting to pay for the room. Hopefully I do get a return on that deposit. Overall had a great stay here.

Summary: I’ll keep this short and pain free, which is actually how my stay was. Checkin was quick, room was very clean, bed comfy and slept well, highlight was the patio access from the room. Pool and courtyard area was maintained very nice. Parking ample. 5 solid stars. What a good cheaper hotel should be.
