Summary: Nice location, well equipped has everything you might need. It is a downstairs (basement) unit. Very noisy when people rent upstairs, okay except when they stay up until 2 AM laughing, talking, thumping around, not recommended for light sleepers.

Summary: I live in California, but my two youngest grandsons live on Portland. Now that we’re fully vaxed, my son and his wife let the boys, aged 1 and 3, come stay with us overnight and play in this great yard, see all the animals, and have fun with grandma & grandpa.
