Positive: The staff was helpful and lovely all around. Clean good pool facilities and a great reataurant!

Negative: Our payment to booking.com hadn’t been released to the hotel which caused unnecessary stress and time wasting. Not the property’s fault from what I could gather, but rather an issue between booking.com and the property. Resolved after we ourselves and the hotel manager separately contacted the booking.com helpline

Positive: Breakfasts were served daily in their beautiful dining room with fresh juices, fruits, pastries. Dining is busy and the food is delicious, especially the pizza and lasagna.

Negative: Mattresses were dense.

Summary: We could have asked more more! It was spectacular!

Positive: Valle Himara is a very nice venue, the pool is big, nice, and clean and the restaurant was very good. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was enough but nothing to be impressed with.

Negative: WIFI was very bad and on arrival, there was a party whit fireworks and music late during the night.

Summary: This is a nice place to stay and enjoy the tranquility of the area

Positive: The area is nice and lots of possibilities for relaxing outside.

Negative: When we arrives we wher told that the restuarant was closed. We where hiking Scicilly and was looking forward to eating at the hotel. You should inform in adwance when there no eating options at the hotel.
