Positive: FINALLY! i get to review one of the best airbnbs in monterrey. the hosts are so warm. they know me and i know by first name basis. every room has a minature kitchen, and this room honestly is the best, especially if you might have a couple and a third wheel to sleep on the sofa stay over. TV size is amazing. netflix, youtube, some of the fastest wifi on earth, and absolutely incredible security. they are constantly renovating the airbnb duplex - with this being 1 out of 4 rooms. the owners also have a credit card machine if the option is available for you to pay later, but if you see this room available, book it immediately. there's an amazing amount of restaurants, pharmacies, banks, everything. it's one of the best locations ever in monterrey, although it is pretty south. that doesn't matter to me, because the bus takes 15 minutes to get there from the central bus station.

Negative: this has nothing to do with the airbnb/booking, but sometimes the local buses just pass by you like you don't exist. take route 30 from pino suarez down to acaupulco blvd, and it's a 5 minute walk from that.
