Summary: Passing through on a business trip and getting a receipt from the front desk was like asking to sacrifice a new born. (Ended up leaving without one after a choice conversation with the morning clerk on a second attempt for a record of payment) Even when they take the deposit off your credit card they give no record of that so if any issue no proof of the transaction to dispute. Very loud neighbourhood and not because of airport proximity. Once the sun came down the cop sirens came out. The room was nice and the best shower of 4 stays between Toronto and Edmonton

Summary: Room was as booked, and appeared well cleaned. Unfortunately found a pair of dirty socks between the sheets near the foot of the bed when getting into bed. Front desk was quick to give a different room.

Summary: Traveling east to west, different hotel each night. This was a nice quiet stay. We had stayed here travelling west to east, this time our stay was much better and nicer.

Summary: It was absolutely amazing! We are from MN and we were touring the waterfalls from Gooseberry up to Thunder Bay. So Wednesday the day we were checking into Valhalla we had been doing a lot of hiking and ready to relax for the evening. We showed up about 9pm. Rinon at the front desk was very sweet and easy to talk to. He asked about our day what we had been doing, we told him about all of our hiking. He responded with your all checked in and you'll have a surprise in your room. Well he up graded us from a single king room to the jacuzzi sweet, We were so surprised we couldn't believe it. That was the topping on the cake of our 36th wedding anniversary trip we told Rinon later. It was a like a dream that kind of stuff doesn't happen to us. Thanks again Rinon you are the best!!!

Summary: A beautiful hotel common areas. The hotel rooms themselves were standard, but clean and comfortable. We had dinner at Skal, the restaurant, and found everything there to be very good. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and was quite enjoyable. A nice stay for overnight.

Summary: Hotel was constantly surrounded by random shady looking guys hanging out around the entrances. The hallways were really dirty, the little robot vacuum wasn’t cutting it. The pool was fabulous though, super warm and sun shone in nicely.

Summary: It was alright when i checked into one of my rooms it wasn’t even cleaned there was garbage all over , bedding was gross. I’m wondering how that is going to be fixed. Yeah I got a new room but still that’s awful. I don’t want to have to share that experience

Summary: I did not sleep very well the night I spent there. The neighbors across the hall from me were going in and out into the wee hours of the morning. It was finally quiet when I left about 7am. I maybe slept 2 or 3 hrs and had to work the next morning.
