Summary: My husband and I rented this property for a few days while attending a conference at MU. It was close to the University and was close to many amenities. We were also allowed to bring our two small dogs. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: Perfect place for us for our stay. Paid 50% less than local hotels for high demand week and well worth it. Pictures do not give justice to the property. Very clean and attentive host. Really nice, easy check in. We will definately return

Summary: We stayed at this Vrbo for 7 weeks while waiting on house closing. Excellent location!! Clean and well stocked. We requested a few items and the owner immediately brought them over. The internet went down due to outside issue and owner was fast and fantastic to get fixed by provider. We have two dogs who enjoyed the yard. There are 3 big dogs next door but we would put them out when others not out and it worked fine. The fence does have a few spaces that our smaller dog could get out so we used a tie out. The main bedroom has a fantastic adjustable bed. The living room furniture as previously report was uncomfortable but ok for short term stay. Overall it was a great rental and I would highly recommend 👌

Summary: House was Great and clean. Sanjay was a great host. However, the 3 dogs next door were Super aggressive. At one point 1 of them was trying to jump over the fence to come into our yard. Kinda unsettling. All in all a great time but, would not advise bringings your dogs here.

Summary: The home was very nicely furnished and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, which was nice since were there for Thinking. It felt cozy and spacious at the same time with the nice high ceilings. The owners were very responsive to our questions and the self check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Summary: The house was clean and recently updated. The backyard could use some improvement, it is mostly weeds. It is not the hosts fault, but the neighbors have three big dogs that bark a lot.

Summary: The house was clean and comfortable and most important to me pet friendly. The backyard was fenced which was appreciated by me and my dogs. The one neighbor has 3 loud rather aggressive dogs but they're not always outside so I was able to let my dogs out when the neighbors dogs were inside.

Summary: The Valencia Retreat was a perfect fit for our needs while visiting Columbia for our daughter's graduation. Really, the only issues were the yard needed to be mowed, especially the back. It was very overgrown and the patio and table were covered with small limbs and debris from the trees. We had to run out and buy toilet paper when we arrived because there was only one roll for our 4 night stay. Also more furniture in the bedrooms would have been nice. There were no bedside tables/lamps, chairs or a dresser in the room we slept in. But the house met our needs and we were overall very happy with it.
