Positive: Convenient location, nice grounds, great pool.

Negative: Booked twin room as travelling with a child. Double room on arrival so had to ask for the beds to be separated and single duvets added. Safe did not work which meant another call to reception. Both these issues were sorted but annoying. Also cleaning removed used towels despite me hanging them up for reuse and didn’t replace them which prompted a further call to reception. 2 hours later and I had to go to reception to report again as nothing arrived. Ate in the grill and part of my meal ( Mediterranean-vegetables) consisted of just courgette! Overall disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Summary: Great pool, large room but lack of attention to detail.

Positive: I travel extensively across the UK, I have to say this is the best hotel I've stayed in this year. The gym is exceptional,the rooms immaculate. It was pleasure to stay. Plus I accidentally booked the wrong day,on arrival the team made the amendment with any issues. The reception was extremely be busy and I was impressed by the duty manager and front of house staffs professionalism. I will be staying again without question. Highly recommended

Negative: We booked into your resort because my wife was due at scale Hospital at 7am next day. We wanted a restful night. However we were wakened about 3am with music coming from adjacent room. The night manager was called and did rectify the situation however not a good preparation for an operation the following.
