Positive: Henry is a great communicator. When we first booked the stay, he informed us of what to expect, recommended many activities and restaurants. Just prior to our trip he confirmed our flights and provided a map from the airport to his property. Upon our arrival on Terceira, he confirmed we landed OK and got our rental car and we agreed to a time to meet at his property. When we arrived he was waiting for us and showed us around the property and how everything worked. He also had booked restaurants for our dinners.

Negative: I wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Great views west over farmland and to the ocean while being only 500 meters from a supermarket.

Positive: Nice, clean and safe place, equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and fulfilled all our additional requests. There is a garden with ocean view and supermarket is nearby. We were very happy to stay and I can only recommend it.

Positive: Beautiful view, quiet. Everything we needed in a compact apartment. Big garden area. Secluded, but only 600-800 meters from a good restaurant and supermarket. Unusual welcoming service from our host, Henry, who also gave us his honest insights on restaurants and attractions on the Island. Booking this property is in practice a combination of an apartment and an excellent Terceira guide.

Positive: My wife and I stayed at the property for five nights in later August 2024. We loved the location, Angra, grocery, great restaurants and swim spots were all less than 10 minutes away. Our little house was perfect for two of us. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a little juicer. My wife loved making fresh orange juice each morning. The view was incredible! It was also so quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, Henry our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He not only suggested great restaurants and what to order, he booked most of them for us too! He suggested great drives and places to visit on the island. Thank you Henry! We can’t wait to return, hopefully next summer!
